Check In & Departure Time:
Room check-in is from 2.00pm on the day of arrival. Should you arrive earlier, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us until your room is ready.To avoid disturbing other guests, we do not accept arrivals after 9.00pm. Rooms should be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure, though you can leave your luggage to collect later if required.
Reservation & Payment:
A valid credit/debit card number is required to reserve a room. No money is charged at the time of the booking, though a pre-authorisation for the cost of the first mights stay may be obtained. Accounts are payable on or before departure and may be paid by cash or credit/debit card.
Cancellation:
A cancellation fee equal to one nights accommodation is payable if the booking is cancelled within one week of the date of arrival. Earlier cancellations and/or reduction to the length of stay will be subject to an administration charge of £15. The full amount of the total cost of the stay becomes due on the day of arrival and is payable on or before departure. We always recommend some form of travel insurance to protect you in the event of cancellation.
Children:
We are unable to accommodate children under 13 years of age.
Pets:
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets.
